[TR1]Do we want someone who has experience and/or training in couples and/or family therapy or are we open to working with someone who is new to this but open to being trained in this model? Would we want to make our expectations of this explicit either way, or do we prefer to keep it open ended?
[FJ2]I agree- I think we would want someone with prior couples or family training.
[GA3]Good addition. I think otherwise this looks good. My only thought is do we want to be recruiting a candidate with research experience and desire to have that be part of their role?
[KM4]I agree with Alison that we should highlight the desirability of research experience /interest in the candidate. Otherwise looks good to me.
