Brown University Health has an opening for a day hospitalist to join the team at Morton Hospital, a 144-bed acute care community hospital located in Taunton, Massachusetts. Our compassionate and skilled team of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and staff serve patients and families in southeastern Massachusetts.

Our comprehensive health care services include emergency care, wound care, state-of-the-art imaging services, and a variety of surgical services including vascular surgery, breast surgery, general surgery, orthopedic surgery and podiatric surgery.

About the job:
- Block schedule, 7on / 7 off
- Shifts are 7a-7p
- Mix of admitting and rounding shifts
- Average of 8-10 admissions per shift, rounding on 14-15 patients per shift
- Closed ICU, No required procedures
- Comfort running codes & RRT required
- PSLF eligible
- Additional moonlighting shifts available if desired
- H1B friendly, please note – this position cannot support a J1 visa
