Brown University Health (BUH): Bradley Hospital, an affiliated teaching hospital of the Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, has an exciting opening for a child/adolescent and family psychologist to join the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center (PARC) in the morning partial hospital program for OCD and anxiety disorders. PARC is an integrated research and clinical program internationally recognized in pediatric OCD and anxiety. We are actively trying to increase the representativeness of the Pediatric Anxiety Research Center and the people it serves. About the job:

• This is a half-time (.50 FTE) position providing clinical services in a partial hospital program at PARC that runs 8:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m., five days per week.
• Provide stabilization, assessment, and intensive treatment to patients ages 5–18 and their families in a partial hospital program (PHP) for primary anxiety and/or OCD.
• Serve as the lead/primary clinician with an active caseload of three (3) PHP cases at a time, delivering exposure-based treatment and coordinating care for a clinically complex, diverse population (e.g., ADHD, autism, major depressive disorder, family conflict/relational concerns).
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to complete care coordination, treatment planning, diagnostic assessment, and delivery of individual and family therapies and parent guidance.
• Supervise and support Exposure Coaches, including oversight of milieu-based exposures and home/school/community visits, and contribute to daily program operations.
• Participate in clinical rounds with psychologists, psychiatrists, and Exposure Coaches.
• Teaching and supervision opportunities may be available within the broader system, with a faculty appointment at Brown University Medical School.
• Mentorship and opportunities for collaborative and independent development of an individual research program may be available.

About you:

• PhD or PsyD and clinical pre-doctoral internship from APA-accredited programs required; child/family specialization preferred.
• Postdoctoral experience with child/family emphasis preferred.
• Experience delivering exposure therapy required.
• Experience providing team-based exposure treatment preferred.
• Licensed or license-eligible in Rhode Island.
• Passion for working with youth and families with anxiety and OCD.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with multidisciplinary colleagues across program operations and clinical activities.
• Strong collaborator who communicates effectively, coordinates care, and contributes to shared clinical and research goals.
