Cardiovascular Surgeon, Brown Academic Appointment, Research Opportunities Available

Rhode Island Hospital and The Miriam Hospital affiliated partners of Brown University are recruiting an adult cardiac surgeon to join a group of 4 cardiac surgeons academic cardiac surgery program. A thoracic training program is under development. Research opportunities, in collaboration with NIH NHLBI Investigator and past Chief, Professor Frank Sellke or independently, is available.
About the job:
The group performs all aspects of adult cardiac surgery, except heart transplantation
500+ pump cases and 350 TAVR are performed annually
Opportunity exists in coronary, valve and aortic surgery to complement senior surgeons in each of these areas
Applicants will be eligible for an assistant or associate professorship
